Rob Beiler - Owner & President
Rob Beiler, born and raised in the Lancaster County Gap PA area, has dedicated his career to serving the community while owning and managing the insurance agency. Born on a farm, Rob raised hogs for a number of years and entered the insurance industry in 1989. He managed a small mutual insurance company before it was merged into Goodville Mutual Casualty Co in 1997. He became the Farm Underwriter at Goodville and was employed there until purchasing the Ardrey Insurance Agency along with his brother Clair Beiler in 2004.
Rob is actively involved with the Gap Fire Co. serving as a volunteer in many capacities. Many times when the call comes in for help, Rob will jump up from his desk and go to the fire station to help someone in need and many times the ones in need can be our insurance clients. Linda & Rob have 3 children & enjoy time spent with them and the grandchildren. He enjoys spending time at the family hunting cabin in the North Country planting trees & crops for wildlife and managing the forest.

Chris Beiler - Owner & Vice-President
Commercial Lines Manager
Chris Beiler has been a licensed insurance agent since January of 2005, and joined BIA as a full time producer in January of 2008. After graduating from high school in 1996, he spent the next 12 years in the construction and building industry. The time spent in several jobs in those fields has proved to be beneficial in his role as a commercial producer in the insurance industry.
Chris purchased his share of the agency upon Clair Beiler's retirement at the beginning of 2014. Chris and his wife Megan, along with their three children, live on the outskirts of Gap. Chris volunteers at the Gap Fire Company, and is actively involved with his role as a captain and president of the company. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, playing sports, hunting, and cheering on the Philly sports teams.
Paula Ardrey Diem - CISR-Account Specialist Agent
Paula Ardrey Diem, was born and raised in Lancaster County in Gap PA. She started working for her father's insurance agency, Ardrey Insurance Agency, Inc, when she was just 16 years old. Paula has been serving our clients since then. Paula holds a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. She sells both personal and commercial insurance as well as hard to place insurance coverage. However, if asked what here favorite part of selling insurance is, "I would have to say, helping people understand what insurance is, how it works, and what their needs are, and how they can afford it".
Paula and Brian have one child & 2 granddaughters. When not working, you will find Paula volunteering in the community. Her hobbies include photography, crafts, cooking, reading and sewing.
Dianne Kreiser - Customer Service Agent
Dianne has been with the agency since 1994 and was licensed shortly after. She sells personal lines policies as well as performing customer service by handling payments, endorsements, and re-quoting among other things.
Dianne & her husband Jeff enjoy spending time with their children & 5 grandchildren as well as time spent at their cabin in Huntingdon County. Dianne likes gardening, reading and the beach. She is also a Sunday School teacher and involved in activities at Pequea Baptist Church.
Margie Ingles - Producer-Life & Health Agent
Margie Ingles joined our sales team in 2004 and specializes in Life, Health, as well as Employee Benefits. She takes pride in helping clients obtain quality and affordable insurance for whatever stage of life they are in. Margie especially enjoys helping employers with the challenges associated with providing health and ancillary benefits to their valuable employees.
Margie has spent most of her life in Gap, PA and has been working in the insurance field for many years. She is married to Lewis and they have 2 grown children. A member of St. Stephen Reformed Church, she is a member of the Welcome and Information Committee and plays in the Hand Bell Choir. Margie has been a GOP Committee person in the past and enjoys travelling, biking and playing golf.
Kelly Neff - Account Specialist Agent
Kelly Neff joined the agency in 2012, and works to assist customers in both personal and commercial lines. She graduated high school from Pequea Valley and then from Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associate's Degree in Business Management. Kelly is the daughter of Rob & Linda Beiler and she continues the tradition of the company being a "family run organization."
Kelly and her husband, Darren, have three young children who keep life fun and busy! She likes to vacation with her family and friends, read a good book, and cheer on the Philadelphia sports teams.
Micah Hostetter - Commercial, Personal Agent
Micah is a Lancaster County local who grew up in New Holland and graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2014. Four years later he graduated from Messiah College in May of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Micah obtained his Property & Casualty license in 2018 and has been a part of the agency ever since. He loves to serve our community through building relationships and is always excited to help customers with their insurance needs. Micah also works on website functions as well as our social media platforms.
Andrew Beiler - Commercial, Personal Agent
Andrew joined the agency the beginning of 2020 and he will be specializing in Property and Casualty insurance. He is excited to work alongside our staff and valued clients, and his hope is to go above and beyond the needs of those he represents.
Andrew was first employed as an electrician out of high school, a decade of electrical knowledge and experience was first established working for a local employer here in Gap. In 2018 he and his wife moved to Nashville, TN to experience life together in a new and exciting area. Now back in PA, Andrew, wife Rebekah and two young sons are excited to relink to their Lancaster County roots and hope to be an influence around them.
In his spare time Andrew enjoys being with his family and taking care of projects around his home.
Jen Walter - CISR Customer Service Agent
Jen Walter joined the agency in 2021. She was born and raised in Christiana, PA. Jen has been licensed since 2005 and holds the CISR designation.
Jen and her husband John with their two children, like to snowmobile, hike, four wheel and go their cabin in the mountains.
